Renter must be 17 years and over and have a Provisional Licence
and be accompanied by a qualified driver
who has held their Full, Clean Licence for a minimum of 3 years
and be over the age of 30
There is a mileage charge of 25p per mile .
Minimum 2 Hour Intervals at the weekend
